Due to the vast number of options and variables involved with every project, the warranty options will ultimately depend upon the scope of work to be performed. Your customer service representative will be more than happy to go over the details of your warranty when your proposal is submitted.

Silver Seal Warranty:

We provide in-house warranty options to our new and existing clients on select roof systems. If you are a Silver Seal warranty member needing assistance, or a new member looking to inquire about our warranty options, please contact our corporate branch.

Existing Manufacturer Warranty:

If you have an existing manufacturer warranty through one of our listed manufacturers, please call the manufacturer direct and request OTC Roofing and Sheet Metal Co. as your roof service provider.
