Commercial roof repair

Today’s commercial roof repair consisted of a Durolast PVC membrane within the outer troth of a green standing seam metal facade. There were multiple abrasions within the single-ply membrane causing water infiltration which led to damaged ceiling tile. Note- the drainage assembly was fine. Unfortunately, the roof system’s warranty has expired. OTC Roofing and Sheet Metal Co. was there to provide a fast, affordable, temporary solution that will buy our client time to budget for there upcoming roof replacement.
